Matthew D. Wuerstle
Matt is the Vice President of Operations at Schafs Video Productions. He joined the company in April 2005. Matt is the Head of Sales and Marketing, and is responsible for bringing in new business in High School, Youth and College Sports Fields. He currently overseas the Sport Highlight Department, Evaluation of Lacross, Baseball, Softball, Wrestling, and Volleyball. Matt is a leading Videographer and Editor. Matt grew up an avid sports fan, participating in many youth league programs. He graduated from Parkland High School in 1996, where he played Baseball, Wrestling and was on the Fitness Team. Matt earned a B.S. in marketing from York College of Pennsylvania. He also wrestled at YCP and was on the volleyball team.
Robert Grim
Bob is Editor in Chief. He also is a leading Videographer and Editor. He joined the company in February 2005. Bob currently is involved with the editing of Coaches Choice/ Healthy Learning videos. Bob overseas the editing of dance recitals, wedding highlight films, individual and team highlight films. Bob graduated from Parkland High School in 1999. There he played football and threw javelin on the track and field team. He was a member of the 1998 District XI Football team. In 2005, Bob graduated from Penn State with a B.S. in elementary education
Dave Schafer
Dave is Todd’s father and has been with him since the start of the business. Dave is Head of Girls Basketball and Girls Soccer. He films games and practices as needed. Dave is also responsible for bringing in new business in the High School Sports Field. Dave is a 1971 graduate of William Allen High School. There he was a swimmer and ran cross country. He is an avid trout fisherman on the Lehigh River and whenever he is not filming he can usually be found there.

Chuck Sonon
Responsible for breaking down football films for individual and team highlight purposes. Chuck has been a long-term fixture in the football community. Chuck played football for Lehigh University and was a player on two Lambert Cup winning teams. He then became a graduate assistant at Lehigh University in 1976. Other stops along his coaching carrier have been a Lehigh 1977, 1978 reading High School line back coach, 1979-1982 head coach at Bethlehem Catholic High School. 1983-1987 Offensive line coach at Lehigh University. 1988-1993 Head Football Coach at Emmaus High School. 1994-1998 assistant coach at Liberty High School. 1999-2001 assistant coach at Bethlehem Catholic High School. 2002-04 Head Football Coach at Bethlehem Catholic High School. In that carrier he won 5 district titles, 3 league titles and 1 eastern conference title. In 2005 he was inducted in to the McDonalds Lehigh Valley Football Classic Hall of Fame. Chuck resides in Allentown, and is a math teacher at Emmaus high school.
Keith Pryor
Co-Head of Wrestling. Joined the Company in June 2005. Keith graduated From Parkland High School in 1993. There he was a member of the wrestling team. Keith is a Videographer, films sporting events as assigned.
